An exclusive-use suite on the Okonjima Nature Reserve, sold on a fully-inclusive basis only: all meals, drinks (excl. premier/imported brands), laundry, wifi, 2 activities pp per day (excl. night drive, AfriCat Day Centre, specialized activities) plus a private guide, vehicle and chef. Rack rates pp sharing; commissionable STO = rack less 20%. Park Levy N$310 net ppn (adults 14y+). Children 7–13y 50% of adult rate; 3–6y free. Child participation on activities is age-restricted; no guided bush walks for children under 12. Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult at all times; indemnity signed by parents for under-16s. No child minders provided.
FITs / small guided groups (confirmed rooming list): 60–31 days prior 25% | 30–14 days 50% | 13–7 days 75% | 6 days–no-show 90%. Block bookings: 90–60 days 25% | 59–30 days 50% | 29–7 days 80% | 6 days–no-show 90%. Provisional bookings held 14 days only, then auto-cancelled. Payment (operators without terms): strictly 60 days prior to arrival.
