No. Submitting a booking or custom trip request is completely free. We'll review your request and send you a detailed quotation. Payment is only required once you've approved the quotation.
We aim to send quotations within 24–48 hours for standard tour bookings and 2–3 business days for custom itinerary requests.
Inclusions vary by tour and are listed on each tour's detail page. Generally, guided tours include accommodation, meals, park fees, and an experienced guide. Self-drive tours typically include vehicle hire and a route guide.
Yes. We can assist with both international flights to Namibia and internal flights within Southern Africa. Contact us with your travel dates for a flight quotation.
Absolutely. We welcome solo travellers and can arrange group tours where you'll meet fellow adventurers, or private experiences just for you.
Namibia is a year-round destination. The dry season (May–October) is ideal for wildlife viewing as animals gather around water sources. The green season (November–April) offers lush landscapes, fewer crowds, and better rates.
Many of our tours are family-friendly. Please mention any children in your booking request and we'll recommend age-appropriate experiences.
Cancellation terms are detailed in the quotation you receive. Generally, cancellations more than 60 days before departure attract a smaller fee; closer to departure, higher cancellation fees apply. We always recommend travel insurance.
