Kenakare Trip Advisors provides travel-related services, including trip planning, itinerary design, accommodation bookings, transportation arrangements, and other related services. We aim to offer personalized and unforgettable travel experiences in Namibia.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and are liable for all activities under your account.

You agree not to use our Services for any unlawful or fraudulent activity.

You must provide accurate and up-to-date information. We are not responsible for issues caused by incorrect information you provide.

4. Booking and Payments

By booking, you agree to any additional terms including cancellation, refund, and payment policies.

We may use third-party processors. By paying, you agree to their terms.

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property related to our Services is owned by Kenakare Trip Advisors or its licensors. You may not use or reproduce it without written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to your use of our Services.

We do not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of information provided through the Services.

7. Privacy Policy

Our Privacy Policy governs the collection and use of your personal data. By using our Services, you consent to our data practices.

8. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our Services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at our discretion, without notice or liability, if you violate these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Namibia. Any disputes will be resolved in Namibian courts.

You agree to indemnify Kenakare Trip Advisors and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

If any part of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force.

13. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Kenakare Trip Advisors and supersede all prior agreements.

14. Waiver

Our failure to enforce any part of these Terms does not waive our right to do so later.

Cancellation Policy

Important information about cancellations and refunds.

Cancellation Fees

• Cancellations 30+ days before arrival: 10% cancellation fee + any bank transfer charges.
• Cancellations within 30 days: 50% refund of booking amount (minus 10% fee and bank charges).
• Cancellations within 7 days: Non-refundable.

Cancellation Process

• Submit the cancellation form provided by Kenakare Trip Advisors.
• Email the form to info@kenakare.com before the applicable deadline.

Bank Transfer Charges

Any bank transfer fees incurred during cancellations will be deducted from the refund.

Third-Party Services

For bookings involving third parties (e.g., accommodations or car hire), their own cancellation policies will apply. This policy applies only to services managed directly by Kenakare Trip Advisors.
