Kenakare trip advisors provides travel-related services, including trip planning, itinerary design, accommodation bookings, transportation arrangements, and other related services. We aim to offer personalized and unforgettable travel experiences in Kenya.

User Responsibilities

  • Account Creation: In order to access certain features of our Services, you may need to create a Kenakare trip advisors account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and are liable for all activities that occur under your account.

  • Compliance with Laws: You agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and third-party rights when using our Services. You shall not use our Services for any unlawful or fraudulent activities.

  • Accuracy of Information: You are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information during the booking process. Kenakare trip advisors shall not be held liable for any issues arising from incorrect or incomplete information provided by you.

Booking and Payments

  • Trip Bookings: When booking a trip or travel-related service through our Services, you agree to abide by any additional terms and conditions imposed by Kenakare trip advisors, including cancellation policies, refund policies, and payment terms.

  • Payment Processing: Kenakare trip advisors may use third-party payment processors to facilitate transactions. By making a payment through our Services, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions of such payment processors.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kenya. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of our Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Kenya.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Kenakare trip advisors, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents harmless from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in connection with your use of our Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Kenakare trip advisors regarding the use of our Services and supersede any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.

Waiver

The failure of Kenakare trip advisors to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision, unless acknowledged and agreed to in writing by Kenakare trip advisors.

By using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically for any updates or changes.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to the arrival date will be subject to a 10% cancellation fee on the total booking amount (principle) plus any applicable bank transfer charges.

  • Cancellations made within 30 days of the arrival date will be eligible for a 50% refund of the total booking amount (principle). The 10% cancellation fee and any bank transfer charges will still apply.

  • Cancellations made within 7 days of the arrival date are non-refundable.

Cancellation Process

  • To initiate the cancellation process, the client is required to fill out and submit the provided cancellation form.

  • The cancellation form should be submitted to Kenakare trip advisors Travel via email at info@Kenakare trip advisors, no later than the specified cancellation deadline.

Bank Transfer Charges

Any bank transfer charges incurred during the cancellation process will be deducted from the refundable amount.

Third-Party Services

For services provided by third parties, such as accommodation and car hire, their respective cancellation policies will apply. This policy only covers aspects of the trip managed by Kenakare trip advisors Travel.
