A classic safari-style camp of 7 luxury tents around a waterhole, each with evening-breeze aircon, bath, indoor and outdoor showers and a wood-fired hot tub; rim-flow pool and fire pit in the main area, butler service on request. Rack rates pp sharing All Inclusive; Conservation Levy N$275 pp/night extra. Unfenced — no children under 12; children 12+ stay in their own room at full price. Game drives are on open safari vehicles; children under 7 not permitted unless a private game drive is booked. Children under 16 not permitted on walking safaris or hide activities.
FIT (max 3 rooms): 10% admin fee any date prior to 31 days before arrival | 15–30 days 25% | 8–14 days 50% | 0–7 days / no-show 100%. Campsites: 100% non-refundable if cancelled and not postponed. Groups (3+ rooms incl. guide room): 25% before 90 days | 30–90 days 25% | 14–29 days 50% | 0–14 days / no-show 100%; rooming list + 25% non-refundable deposit due 90 days before travel. Provisional bookings held 14 days (24h within cancellation period). Private/website bookings: 50% deposit at booking, balance 30 days prior.
