A 10% non-refundable deposit is required to secure a confirmed booking. Cancellation from confirmation to 29 days before arrival: 10% of total. 28 days before arrival: 25%. 21 days: 50%. 14 days: 75%. 7 days or less: 90%. No-show or <24h: 100%.
