The Zambian national park guarding Victoria Falls, with Devil's Pool, Knife-Edge Bridge views and white-water rafting in Batoka Gorge.

Mosi-oa-Tunya — "the smoke that thunders" — is the Zambian national park guarding the eastern, more exposed face of Victoria Falls, where the Zambezi River plunges over a kilometre-wide basalt lip into the churning Batoka Gorge below. A network of walkways leads visitors through billowing spray to vantage points at Knife-Edge Bridge and the Eastern Cataract, while the daring can swim at the very edge of the falls in Devil's Pool during the low-water season. Beyond the falls, the park's small game sanctuary shelters white rhino, giraffe and zebra, and the gorge below delivers some of the world's most thrilling white-water rafting and bungee jumping.
It is a compact park built entirely around one of the seven natural wonders of the world.
